Not so fast on the infrastructure bump

If there's going to be any more stimulus money invested in infrastructure improvements it's probably going to require cuts elsewhere. A proposal by Senate Democrats to increase funding to highways, transit, and water programs by $25 billion was shot down by Republicans who insist that any increase in spending is offset by decreases elsewhere. I'm betting they can find $25 billion to cut elsewhere. Question is, will they try?
