Not even close to resolution on stimulus bill

The headline -- "Tentative Deal on Stimulus Bill Reached" -- couldn't be more misleading. It looks like the White House and Senate Democrats have agreed on the bill they're going to push to the Republicans in hopes of getting a bill passed before the President's Day break. From the comments I'm reading, I'd say this thing still has a long way to go.
