Craig Finley, the founder and managing principal of Finley Engineering Group, Inc. (FINLEY) is the featured columnist in the Perspectives section of Aspire magazine's Spring issue. Published by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), Aspire is the organization's bridge-focused magazine.
In his column, the widely published Finley ties the concept of sustainability to efficiency in bridge design and construction. Quoting a long-time goal of the American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI), Finley writes that sustainability's interests are served when the project team "gets in, gets out, and stays out."
